Terms of Service


Workflow: A AvlCorp Photo session begins with a personal consultation with a professional sales representative to determine your best for your provject. After explain to you all terms of service, and if you agree with those terms, you will be requested to pay a deposit to book your photo session with us. By paying your deposit to book a shoot with AvlCorp you are agreeing to these terms of service. No appointments will be booked without deposit. The photo session will be held at our West Kendall Studio, at 12361 SW 128 Court, Suite 202, Miami, FL 33186, unless other location is specified in this agreement. After the photo shoot, you will be able to review your pictures at our computers and approve it.

Business hours: AvlCorp is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only. We highly recommend to call for appointments to meet our sales department. To protect the privacy of our photo sessions walk-ins are not allowed.

Appointments: Appointments are made to ensure that we are fully prepared for your Photo session. Although we frequently have appointments scheduled a month or more in advance, we will often have openings in our schedule to accommodate many clients’ needs to shoot “as soon as possible”. So if you need to shoot right away and you have some flexibility with regards to the day or times you can shoot, call us at 888-418-8999. And for a nominal fee, we can shoot in the comfort of your office, or favorite location.

Unless is specified in the estimate, Make-Up Artists, Hair Stylists, Fashion Stylists or Food Stylist are not included in our photo sessions.

TFP / Castings: Aspirants must fill out the specific form completely at our website to be considered for a casting call, tfp, or a photography project.  Model release will be required to sign before the session for all TFP and Testing photo shoots.

Groups: Groups are up to 4 people, unless we are shooting on locations. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental consent to request a photo shoot. A parent or legal guardian must also be involved with handling photo shoot arrangements as well as be present during a shoot. Proof of age may be required.

Deposit: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimate of the photo session. Whenever an appointment is made, the time scheduled becomes committed to the person making the appointment. That block of time becomes off limits to anyone else seeking to make an appointment at that time. It means that if you cancel, not only we will not receive full payment for the time I’ve committed to working with you, it also means that there is almost no possibility of us being able make up for my loss by “selling” that block of time to someone else. A non-refundable deposit deters people from casually cancelling the time they have committed to. Cancellations and “no shows” are very hurtful in that they directly result in a loss of time and money.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling can be done without penalty up to 7 days before your photo shoot is scheduled. If you give us at least 48 hours notice, we charge a small fee of $750 to reschedule. If you provide us with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $150 rescheduling fee.

Advanced Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48hrs prior to the day of your shoot will result in the loss of your deposit.

Same-day Cancellations & No shows: Cancelling on the same day of your appointment or failing to show up will result in a charge for the remaining balance for you scheduled photo session.

Rescheduling Fee: In the same way that cancellations directly result in a loss of time and money, the act of clients casually rescheduling their appointments is also detrimental. The rescheduling fee exists to deter casual and unnecessary rescheduling.

Copyright: The copyright of all images created or supplied pursuant to this agreement remain the sole and exclusive property of the photographer. There is no assignment of copyright, agreement to do work-for-hire or intention to joint copyright expressed or implied hereunder. The client is licensed to use the images in accord with the conditions stated herein. Proper copyright notice, which reads ©Alex Manfredini, must be displayed with the following placement: bottom left. Omission of required notice result in loss to the photographer and will be billed at triple the invoice fee. AvlCorp has the privilege of displaying the images created for ad purposes and the right to imprint the AvlCorp logo on it. AvlCorp also has the privilege of show the images created by Alex Manfredini, at the online portfolios of www.alexmanfredini.com or www.avlcorp.com for ad purposes.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your photos, for a reason we had control over, and you wish to schedule a re-shoot, you must express this to me directly and clearly at the end of your photo session. In the case of one-time events & occasions, where re-shoots are not possible, clients will receive credit for additional services of equal or lesser value upon request. The satisfaction guarantee applies to paying clients only Leaving the Photo Session with the images photographed constitutes the acceptance of the present terms

The satisfaction policy applies to photography only. It does not apply to work provided by make-up artists, stylists, or designers. Although we will do our best to counteract any of the affects of the following, we not responsible for: bad hair days, breakouts, stretch marks, bad skin, allergies, irritated eyes, illnesses, fatigue, hangovers, make-up application, inclimate weather, lint, wardrobe malfunctions or defects (including wrinkles, rips, and, stains), or sweat, static electricity, the effects of (or withdrawal from) drugs or medication, or matters beyond my control (i.e. acts of god). AvlCorp reserves the right to change and/or modify these terms without notice.
